The Engineering Challenge:
Shaping a 6mm slab is one thing, but hand-profiling the rear of a 1mm or 2mm PEEK pick without losing structural integrity? That’s where the real precision lies. Sustained focus and a steady hand were the only tools that mattered here. Every pick is also fitted with a fluorescent dot for high visibility.
