• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@lukaplectrums.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
